This site is new – first month – so there are no archives yet.
Good directions for using the Brain Wave Entrainment can be found in the instructions for the Super Mind Academy – if you go through the “read First” as well as the information that comes with the first month you should have everything you need.
The key thing to remember is to keep bwe listening to less than 2 hours a day – especially when you firts begin listening – and to pay attention to how you are feeling and go even slower than that if you are experiencing any discomfort.
